Annual FVTU Banquet Information

Support local aquatic conservation

On Saturday, May 17th, 2025 the Flathead Valley Chapter of Trout Unlimited will hold our Annual Fundraising Banquet and Auction at Grouse Mountain Lodge in Whitefish, Montana. A no-host social hour will begin at 6 pm with dinner at 7:30 pm. Tickets are $70 each and include a great dinner and a chance for one of our fabulous door prizes. Expect both Silent and Live Auction items as well as great raffles throughout the night.

This is our primary fundraising event of the year and we need your help to continue current and future projects to protect our native fish, to create and restore easily accessible family-friendly fishing opportunities in the Flathead, and to fight against degradation of habitat essential to our native fish and fisheries. What better way to invest in your kid’s and grandkids’ present and future fishing opportunities than to support coldwater conservation work in the Flathead. You do not need to be a member of Trout Unlimited to attend the event, but membership information and brochures will be available throughout the evening.

All banquet tickets can ONLY be purchased online this year. Raft Raffle tickets will not be sold online, but will be available from FVTU members at our events, or at the Banquet.

You can buy just General Admission tickets for $70 each, or you can purchase one of our amazing package deals, listed below.

Our exciting Silent Auction will also be strictly online this year. Bidding will be done by logging in on your Smart Phone or Tablet. You can bid by going to the Givergy link below. The Silent Auction will continue to be available early during the event. You can view silent auction items or, bid by following the links below.  There will also be an amazing Live Auction the night of the banquet.

  • One Banquet ticket ($70)
  • One Hat Raffle Hat ($50)

  • One FVTU Fly Puck with 12 Hand-Tied Flies

You may request a specific hat number (2-50) and we will try to accommodate you if it is available. Hat #1 will be auctioned off at the banquet.

Banquet tickets include our scrumptious catered supper. There will also be a cash bar available at the banquet and the ever-popular FVTU bottomless beer glasses.

Raffle tickets for the 14-ft NRS Silipstream Raft Package (below) will be available at the banquet, or from FVTU members for $10 each, or 3 tickets for $20, or you can also get raft tickets with the packages. Thank you for supporting Flathead Valley Trout Unlimited.
