We are excited to let you know that this spring FVTU will continue re-vegetation work along the Flathead River near Foys Bend in cooperation with John Wachsmuth of MTFWP. We are looking for volunteers to help plant shrubs as we have in the past. FVTU has previously helped with plantings along this stretch of the river and John tells me that our work has really taken off. He will give us a tour as part of this project.
We are looking at doing this work Thursday May 10 or Friday May 11, 2012. We are hoping to have six to eight volunteers to help with this project. Please let me know by email (flatheadtu@gmail.com) or telephone (406-260-1198) if you can take part. Free lunch will be provided to all volunteers.
We will provide directions and a list of what to bring, etc. prior to the project date as well.
Thanks in advance.
