Upcoming Meetings

Our November 2023 meeting will be held on Nov. 21st at Sacred Waters Brewing, 3250 U.S. Hwy 2 north of Kalispell. The meeting will begin at 6:30 pm. This month’s presentation will be Jake Chutz of Montana Fly Company. This is always one of our most popular presentations. MFC is one of the premier fly and fly-fishing companies in the world. You will learn all about new trends, materials and techniques in the world of fly fishing. They will bring great examples of new flies and show you tying tricks and their advice will always increase your abilities. Besides tying some great new patterns, they always hand out some great swag. This is one program that you won’t want to miss.

Also, keep in mind that our annual Christmas Party and Fly-Tying Extravaganza is coming up fast. Plans are for the party to be held on Dec. 21st at Bias Brewing in Downtown Kalispell from 6-8 p.m. Ask anyone who has attended one of our Christmas blowouts and you will find that this is the preeminent social event of the season. There will be great door prizes, monumental raffles, yummy food, and… BEER! Be sure to mark your calendars for this event and check back as we get into December for more information.
