The Passing of a Good Friend- Jim Johnson

The fly fishing community lost a good friend and a great mentor this past weekend with the passing of Jim Johnson. Jim, a long time Flathead Valley TU board member, was an expert fly tyer, rod builder, casting instructor and fisherman who gave generously of his time and expertise. He will be missed.

A memorial service is planned for this Thursday, August 2 at 10 AM at Saint John Paul II Catholic Church just north of Bigfork off Highway 35.
